WeTackle - Building Inclusive Leadership Pipelines

WeTackle for Corporates is offered both as an all-gender inclusive leadership development journey, or dedicated program for a women leaders. It is designed for organizations committed to building a more balanced and representative talent pipeline.

In today’s rapidly evolving, AI-driven workplace, it is essential for high-potential talent to navigate their careers with intentionality, clear purpose, and strategic influence.

Our program transforms diverse leaders into “Career Masters” by helping them clarify their Unique Value Proposition (UVP) and overcome the limiting beliefs that often stall professional advancement. By aligning individual growth with organizational needs, WeTackle ensures your talent is not only equipped to lead but is also recognized and valued by key stakeholders at every level.

Career Masters is a 7-modules program of individual and group  learning that runs across 4 months. The opening and closing events are on location, while the group coaching sessions are conducted online to provide safety and flexibility to participants. The learning group size is maximum 20 participants.

The program includes:

  • Individual insight into your personality, talents and drivers at work 
  • Individual 1h assessment feedback and impact session with a coach
  • Full-day Kick-off and Closing Events
  • 5 x 2.5h interactive group online sessions 
  • Home assignments between the modules for individual reflection and experimentation 
  • Post-program community follow-up gatherings (optional) that include: mini-workshops, speakers on the topics related to career development, self-branding

The sign up for the program is preceded by an individual 1:1 30’ interview with the program directors to evaluate the program fit for your needs.
