Before committing to a coaching engagement, we schedule a 30-minute āchemistry callā over the phone. The goal is to get to know each other, discuss your goals, expectations, and motivation to engage in coaching. We will also clarify all questions you may have.Ā
Based on this initial conversation, we evaluate the mutual fit and decide if weĀ want to work together.
The coaching sessions are conducted either in person or via video conference. The session typically lasts 60 minutes. The frequency can range from bi-weekly to monthly depending on your needs.
The content of the sessions is highly individual and depends on your goals and needs. Coaching is not a one-size-fits all exercise. So donāt expect your coach to lead you by the hand and tell you what to do. Coaching is about helping you develop your ability to find your own solutions to complex problems.Ā
For coaching to be most effective, it requires your commitment and dedication to continue working on your objective in-between sessions. In the session we will co-create new insights, ideas and tailor strategies. It is outside the coaching conversation, where you will practice, experiment and develop yourself.
